Adam Davis
Adam joined the crew while finishing the LEED Gold project in Lexington. A natural-born hard worker, Adam is always willing to tackle a tough project, Whether framing or finish, he excels at all. Adam is fast becoming a leader and invaluable staff carpenter. The Hingham contemporary house is currently keeping him engaged, but he was also instrumental on the finish of the Westwood poolhouse.

Jorge Modesto
Jorge started working on the English Bar project in Westwood and showed his ability as a quick study and quality-focused carpenter. He has been a fixture on the Westwood project as it expanded to include the poolhouse fitout. Jorge has a unique ability to see things in three dimensions and hopes to run a large project of his own soon. He loves to spend time with his kids and new niece.

Jerome Mace
Jerome (Our Left Coast representative) came to the crew after completing the Preservation Carpentry program @ North Bennett Street School in Boston. He brings skills in framing and a passion for wood restoration using period and modern techniques. He has contributed significantly to historic jobs in Newburyport, Newton Centre, Dorchester and Arlington heights over the past year. He is interested in Sustainable Construction methods..

Pat Ward
Pat's extensive framing and trim abilities add an additional layer of quality to larger and complicated jobs. He loves a good "head-scratcher".
Pat has taken the lead on many large jobs over the years and some include the renovation of Newton Montessori School and an Historic renovation in Arlington Heights. He is putting his Sustainable Construction techniques to the test on a "Green" ground up in Hingham.

Michael Dawson
Mike comes to the Crew with an extensive knowledge base in design and construction after running intricate projects for high-end Architects for the previous 10 years. He has worked with design professionals like HMFH Architects and managed the reconstruction of the Chinese House @ the Peabody Essex Museum. His skills are applied to managing the daily Crew operations.

David Parks
Dave has been a critical of the Crew since 2008 and brings a passion and skill for Preservation Carpentry. A graduate of North Bennett Street School, he has worked on projects like church window restoration and a 17th Century residence for Historic New England. He also enjoys wood turning in his free time.
